The tasks that involved me making my own potions by using the Wiimote to pick things up and stir them about really didn't contribute anything to the telling of the story, and dueling was really random. Okay, so the mini-games did seem pretty pointless. I found myself running from cut-scene to cut-scene because the gameplay itself was not much more than a few mini-games that acted as time fillers. Okay, I'll give that to you, but what good is a convincing world if there's hardly any gameplay? It stays true to the Potter world - everything from the school grounds to Hogsmeade, The Burrow, Diagon Alley - all these locations are spot on and they capture the feel of the world.
